Can't recognize AGL3080 as a USB device in both PC or MAC machine.

Please kindly execute "Clear Disk" and see if it works to get AGL3080 as a USB device. Hold "Mark" button for 5 seconds to all 3 LED lights blink sequentially, then release the button to clear disk storage.
If this doesn't sovle the 3 LED blinking, please contact our technical support for further assistance.
